This designation demonstrates a strong foundation in U.S. privacy laws and regulations while maintaining an understanding of the legal requirements for the transfer of sensitive personal data to and from the U.S., the EU and other jurisdictions.
In his practice, Professor Lueddemann focuses on patents, trademarks, copyrights, privacy and cybersecurity-related issues, and IP transactions to maximize opportunities while managing risks. He also helps his clients with compliance while maintaining data and privacy security policies within its structure.
Mr. Lueddemann is a father of 3, a philanthropist, a volunteer, and an owner of 7 rescue dogs. In his spare time, he and his family venture to remote locations around the world and volunteer their time to help build communities and bring relief wherever they can to those in need, whether it is in human form or of the furry variety. His education also lends him to be an advocate for businesses to protect themselves and their clients through data privacy and security while practicing productive strategies and maintaining compliance.
