Trademark Prosecution Part 1

This course provides students with practical information in trademark prosecution practice.
Students will learn the fundamentals of trademark practice, notably strategies used to overcome
trademark refusals issued during a trademark’s examination. Students will also gain experience
performing clearance searches, drafting goods/service, ID’s, and cease and desist letters.
